Training Tuesdays
9am-10am Adult Beginner Ballet: a follow along class for complete beginners. Please wear black fitted top+leggings plus socks to this class. Useful foundational class for more advanced dancers.
10am-11am Partnering & Improv: learn how to partner using contemporary and contact improvisation techniques. Explore theatre and dance improvisation and get to use your body in a different way. Appropriate fitness clothing required.
11am-12noon Technical Theatre/Mise en Scene/Heels: a choice of one of three sessions depending on RSVPs. Intro to Heels technique, please bring a sturdy pair of heels with adequate ankle support. For technical theatre and mise en scene come prepared with your notebook and pens/drawing implements.
